When will an item be back in stock?
We may have more stock available, but simply haven't had the opportunity to update the website. Please get in touch using the 'Contact Us' form or by emailing us at info@zodiacsky.co.uk and we'll let you know about the availability of the item.
Can you make a custom order for me?
We can certainly try! We can make simple changes like the length of a necklace or we can swap the alloy earring hook wires for stainless steel or 925 silver ones. Whatever your request, get in touch and we will try our best to help.
Can you add a note to my order as it's for a gift?
Yes of course!. You are more than welcome to send us your message before submitting your order using the 'Contact Us' form or send us an email and we will include a note with your order. Alternatively you can add a note to your order before it is submitted.

How you do package your items?
All items are supplied in a gift pouch, wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged in protective packaging, to protect your purchases during transit.
Do you offer environmentally friendly packaging?
Yes we do! All our packaging is eco-friendly; made from recycled materials or are reusable.
I'm not sure what size to order?
