What is your returns policy?
At Zodiac Sky, we offer a very simple returns policy. You can return your goods, for any reason, within 14 days. Unfortunately you can't return used and/or worn goods, personalised goods, custom made goods or pierced goods, but everything else is not a problem! This does not affect your statutory rights. If you would like to cancel an order, you will receive a refund within 14 days of cancelling and returning your products/s to us.
How do I return my order?
All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. In order to initiate the returns process, simply email us at info@zodiacsky.co.uk, providing us with your order number, details of what you would like to return and why.
What happens if my item is faulty?
We believe that our products are not only excellent value but also of the highest quality! All jewellery, clasps and fixings are checked and tested before dispatch. However we do understand that there may be the odd occasion when there may be something wrong with the item you have ordered.
If the item was delivered less than 30 days ago and the item is faulty, we are happy to offer you a replacement or refund. The item may need to be returned to us or we may ask for photographic evidence of the fault, prior to any action being taken.
If you have had the item for more than 30 days but less than 6 months and it is faulty, the item will need to be returned to us so we can assess the damage. If possible, we will repair the item, if not we will offer a replacement. Unfortunately, a failure to follow the correct care instructions and wear & tear is not included and you will need to provide us with with your original order number. Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges (unless the goods are faulty). If you would like to exchange something, please follow the returns process, and then place a new order.
What about the original delivery charge I paid?
If you are returning a faulty item, you will receive a refund of the standard delivery charge (not any upgraded delivery option you may have chosen at the time of purchase).
What about the cost of returning the item/s?
If you are returning a faulty item, we will cover the return cost.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will have to cover the cost of the return.
We would advise you use a recorded method of posting the goods back to us.
